This is the first time I've ever seen anyone use the ropes to swing into the Roanoke River...
Since it rained last night and the river probably has some sewage seepage, I don't know how good of an idea it was. But from the looks of it, they were having a blast. Hopefully they didn't swallow any water.

They look like they are having a lot of fun. I wouldn't do it now, but I remember a lot of that going on when I was a child and the water wasn't clean back then either since people were not aware of putting their garbage in trash cans. We used to ride down the road and I remember my dad telling us to roll our windows down so we could clean the car out!!! And he wasn't the only one who behaved that way either.
